Bhola Pandey ran Café Momo, which was named the best restaurant seven out of the last ten years. He spent years researching fast food, obesity, & nutrition as part of a university study in Boston before launching the restaurant. The other three members, Saraswati, Devaki, and Niranjan, have a wealth of experience in both food preparation and customer service. Every plate we offer has evidence of the concept and experience. Food is a pure example of the love, you can see feel and celebrate the taste of Nepal.
