Located inside Mandalay Bay hotel near the convention centre.I tried the Breakfast Burrito with housemade chorizo, eggs, red rice crispy potatoes, black beans, guacamole, mexican cheeses, salsa fresca, chipotle aioli and a flour tortilla. It was one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had! FYI breakfast items are only available on select mornings. Incredible quick service Mexican restaurant with a modern twist,owned by award-winning chefs, Mary Sue Milliken & Susan Feniger.This hidden gem is tucked away inside Mandalay Bay hotel,but a brick & mortar recently opened off-Strip.Seasonal,high quality,locally grown ingredients are used,and meats and poultry are raised without antibiotics or hormones.I tried the Smoked Brisket Tacos off their new Taco menu,BBQ Chicarrones and Oat Milk Horchata.Everything was delicious!Staff is always so sweet.
