I don't drink beer but was lucky to win a giveaway to this bar/eatery in Plano, where their specialty is brews. They have a full menu, however, and brunch offerings specifically for the weekend! We loved their Mimosa Boba Lab which came with orange juice, pineapple juice, an elderberry sparkling juice, fruit (blueberries & strawberries), boba pearls and of course sparkling wine. It was fun to make as well as delicious. I believe it's supposed to serve about 6 people but it worked for 2 of us.
