About

Portillo's is a legendary Chicago-style restaurant with roots going back to a small $1,100 hot dog stand in Villa Park, IL, now grown to more than 70 locations across the country. The Colony location brings that same beloved menu to Texas, featuring Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, cheese fries, fresh chopped salads, and the famous chocolate cake shake. The Italian beef is slow-roasted for four hours, thinly sliced, and served on freshly baked French bread dipped in a house-made gravy perfected over 50 years. The buzzing, casual atmosphere suits everything from quick solo lunches to lively group hangouts.
