Blooming VIP Restaurant is a great spot for friend gatherings and birthday celebrations. The space is elegant and welcoming, with private rooms that make group dining feel special. Food is solid, service is attentive, and the overall vibe suits both casual get-togethers and festive occasions.

Great deal for lobster noodle during dim sum (around $21) but the dim sum items were all luke warm. The service is also not great. #favoritefoods
