If you love sushi, definitely check out Blue Ocean Sushi & Grill that opened up at the utc mall in La Jolla! The fish was so fresh, we really loved all of their sushi and it was lovely taking a break from shopping here. Def recommend!

there's no better spot to grab lunch after finals! (or all summer long).. they serve super fresh sushi and even have a happy hour menu!! of course, the view is absolutely unbeatable in la jolla. their poke bowl was so yummy and had so many layers & the character buns omg SO cutesie!! they have a bunch of fillings and other characters. definitely a must try :)

Absolutely delish sushi with super fresh fish, plus a delicious ramen that really hit the spot. The service was excellent, and the location is beautiful. Such a great overall experience.

All of the food was delicious! We were already in the mall and needed sushi and were not disappointed. All three rolls we got were delicious and our waters were always full. The price wasn’t too bad especially for how meaty all of the fish was.
