Location and lady at the counter were super friendly. There is parking in the back - street parking is a nightmare. Super cute spot !

Got a latte while I was getting my car speakers fixed across the street. There is street parking in the front and some in the back.

I met up with a friend, grabbed some drinks and yap. I got the chai latte with almond milk ($1 extra for milk alternative just seems like so much for a small iced drink) but the chai had great flavor. Plenty of seating inside, tiny one seat patio out back with the view of the parking lot. Barista was really sweet and friendly, drinks came out quickly.
