First time trying the Traditional way of drinking authentic Argentinian Yerba Mate. Mate is an integral part of Argentinian life, and its ceremony is tied to feelings of friendship and kinship, with both friends and strangers. Authentic Argentinian Yerba Mate, coffee, traditional facturas (pastries), sandwichitos, empanadas, and other sweets in the San Fernando Valley.

This is one of our favorite cozy spots. This is just the perfect place to grab authentic Argentinian flavored Yerba Mate, coffee, a variety of empanadas, sandwiches and pastries!! Their coffee and Yerba Mate is fabulous!! The pastries brought in from New Buena Aires in Burbank are so scrumptious!! I can’t leave without my go-to Beef Empanadas and Gaby’s Coffee!! The coffee isn’t overly sweet!

A Taste of Argentina in the San Fernando Valley One of the tastiest little snacks you can have. These finger sandwichitos, without any crust, are light, fluffy They can be toasted or untoasted. I love them to be toasted - crispy, cheesy and so delicious!! The ham and cheese is one of my favorites!! They have a variety of savory and flavorful empanadas!! The pastries brought in from New Buena Aires Bakery & Cafe are so scrumptious!! Perfect with coffee or Yerba Mate!!

Argentinian HIDDEN GEM in the San Fernando Valley! Sandwichitos with no crust = pure happiness Light, fluffy, toasty, and so addictive! Coffee runs always mean our usual Gaby’s coffee, but the Dulce de Leche version? WOW. Sweet, creamy, and fabulous!! Empanadas are a MUST—beef is our go-to, and it never disappoints. Pastries from New Buena Aires Bakery & Cafe = heavenly!

The BEST cafe in the San Fernando Valley! These “dirty-face” pancakes, known as tortita negra or caras sucia, have a crunchiness on top from dark brown sugar. Surprisingly not overly sweet! Perfect with my Iced Coffee!!

The BEST empanadas & sandwichitos in the SFV!! Talk about cheesiness!! The Caprese empanada is a new one I tried. LOVE how cheesy it is!! And, that crunch on their sandwichitos!! Yum!! Grab their flavor of the week: watermelon + lemonade…perfect for summer ☀️🍋🍉

If you’re in the Valley and craving Argentinian flavors, this spot is calling your name! The BEST empanadas & sandwichitos in the SFV!! Fabulous Iced Yerba Mates with fresh homemade fruit purées. Flavors are well balanced. Taste the pride of their heritage in each and every bite and sip!! The coffee isn’t overly sweet! This is definitely a place with regulars and Gaby is the heart of this place!! I absolutely LOVE this place!!

Wow, I had never had a mate latte before! Definitely coming back! Their pastries and empanadas were amazing too!
