Sitting atop the Downtown LA Proper Hotel, this stunning restaurant is an absolute must. From daylight to evening, the views are SPECTACULAR! The menu showcases California’s produce with festive and irresistible rooftop fare. The outdoor space features an elevated dining area with endless skyline views surrounded by a luscious lower lounge. I ordered the Portuguese Chouriço Foccaccia, Pork Tacos ‘Al Pastor’, and Piri Piri Fried Chicken. I really enjoyed the food and ambiance of this place.

Came for drinks and the view, which is the highlight of this spot. The food pairs well with the extensive cocktail menu. The fried chicken and hangar steak, while basic, are good. Highly recommend coming during sunset and watch the city light up while you wine and dine.

Chipotle Carrot Tacos A vegetarian taco with a carrot, black beans, cotija, and pickled red onion, nice and light but felt like it was missing some flavor components Shrimp Tacos Tasted like shrimp ceviche in taco form :) Tacos Al Pastor Savory, sweet, and all sorts of delicious! Tasted great with and without the tomatillo salsa!

The atmosphere is just the tip of the iceberg. The food and drinks are awesome and everything is prepared fresh!
