Carasau

Carasau is a Sardinian restaurant tucked into Culver City, founded by Vincenzo Porcu, whose family owned restaurants in Sardinia for generations. Vincenzo grew up in Sinnai, a small mountain town near Cagliari, and has been working in restaurants since age 14. After years of experience with the renowned Drago family of restaurateurs in Los Angeles, he opened Carasau to bring the flavors of his home island to the city. The menu spans pizzas, pastas, and salads, with guests frequently raving about the white pizzas and fresh pasta dishes. The space feels classy and modern, well suited for date nights, group hangouts, and family meals alike.
