Pho Show 🍜 Pho Show was pretty solid, fa sho. I ordered the COMBO BEEF PHO (tendon, tripe, brisket, meatballs, and rare steak) and SPRING ROLLS (with avocado, beef, and chicken added). Everything was delectable, and the portions were impressive — even my small pho came loaded with meat, not just broth and noodles. Their menu ranges from a wide variety of Vietnamese classics and other foods making the options endless. Our favorite was the shaken beef, it was very tender and incredibly flavorful! I also loved the ambiance of the place, it really made the dining experience feel lively.
