Carversteak is the exclusive steakhouse at Resorts World Las Vegas, situated right on the Strip at 3000 S Las Vegas Blvd. The restaurant reimagines the classic steakhouse with dry-aged American steaks from artisan producers, Japanese-certified Wagyu, and playful vegan selections. Executive Chef Daniel Ontiveros leads the kitchen, while master mixologist Francesco Lafranconi oversees a beverage program featuring craft cocktails, an extensive wine list, and a curated whiskey collection.
