About

Lotus of Siam is a Las Vegas institution on Flamingo Road, celebrated for its authentic Northern Thai cuisine rooted in the spices, herbs, and flavors of traditional Northern Thai culture. Chef Saipin Chutima took the helm in November 1999, and the restaurant has since earned a James Beard Award and a Gourmet Magazine review. Reviewers rave about the garlic prawns, crispy duck, drunken noodles, and Khao Soi. The space carries a modern yet cultural atmosphere, equally suited to date nights and large group feasts.
