Inspired by his love for cooking and classic Hollywood films, Carlos created Casablanca Restaurant: a one-of-a-kind Mexican eatery designed with an adventurous spirit and authenticity in mind. Today, Carlos' family still owns and operates the restaurant with the same care and attention to detail as we have the last 37 years.
