Tacos Gavilan - Sunset Blvd

The tacos were surprisingly tasty, and while they did not have the breadth of toppings that some of the stands have and I'm not used to seeing them in packaging, they are fresh and without preservatives. Sunset and La Brea gets a bit sketchy at night, and I got the sense that the restaurant's clientele at least in small part reflected that, though there is security and I didn't feel unsafe. I wouldn't have minded if some of the tables were wiped down, though. But It's a good cheap eats option.
