I really like Cheesetella for how soft and fluffy their cakes are. It’s super moist, light, and easy to snack on anytime without feeling too heavy. Definitely one of those treats you can keep going back to. They recently added coffee and matcha to the menu too, which makes it even better. Now you can just grab a slice and a drink in one stop, perfect for a quick break or an easy pick-me-up during the day.

This Korean castella shop offers cream, coffee, and chocolate flavors. We opted for the one with the creamy filling. It’s incredibly fresh and not overly sweet. The sponge cake is slightly dry, but it still tastes delicious.
