Cocoichibanya is one of my favorite Japanese curry restaurants. It’s one of my favorite comfort foods. Make sure to add yourself to the waitlist, as this place gets very busy on weekends and there is a long wait.

You get to choose your spiciness level here and I chose a 7. It was the perfect heat for me. I might try 8 next time. My friend couldn’t handle the heat and got a level 4 😂 I got the chicken cutlet curry and my friend got the chicken cutlet omelette curry we shared the garlic naan. This place hits the spot every time.

With family ! Great kids meal ! For adult curry is. The best!

Love the Japanese curry. Level 3 for the win for my spice. Chicken always hits the spot for me

The curry here is amazing you pick your bowl size then rice & curry spice level. I got spice level 7 I’ll try 8 next time. Everything was delicious it’s my new curry spot for sure!! We got chicken katsu, pot stickers, veggies & chicken karaag everything was delicious

CoCo Ichibanya is a popular curry restauraunt in Japan, and we have it in LA too! I love their curry but it can get spicy! 🌶️ My friend that can’t handle spicy foods got a 1, but he said it was still spicy 😂 I got a 3 and I feel the kick but 4 might be like sniffing level 🥵 So be careful when you choose your spicyness!
