We specialize in naturally leavened bread aka real sourdough. No commercial yeast, No preservatives, and no dough conditioners. Just organic, stone milled flour, water, salt and some time. Our bread is high hydration and long fermented for more flavor and nutrition. I'm addition to bread we offer hand made pastry such as croissants and danishes. To top it all of our staff of artisan bakers is eager and prepared to give you the best service experience.
