About Us
Established in 2020. Israel Alcantara started his career with the Majestic Kosher Catering in 1999 alongside the Coin family. Fast forward to 2007 he continued his talents at Malibu Cafe as the executive chef. Then in 2013 Alcantara tested his luck and began operations with his own restaurant in downtown LA. Unfortunately the COVID-19 pandemic destroyed the business.
