Be aware that they automatically add an 18% service fee and when we went, they only accepted cash. Emerald has amazing biang biang noodles and eggplant dishes. I love the tomato egg dish, and the fried eggplant is so good—crispy and packed with flavor.

The Jackpot Shrimp is a winner!

Emerald Chinese Cuisine serves an excellent baichin duck—flavorful, tender, and very reasonably priced, making it a standout dish worth returning for. However, the veggie dishes feel overpriced; paying $26 for a small plate of greens was disappointing. Next time, I’ll definitely stick to the duck and other mains, which hit the sweet spot of taste and value.

Emerald Chinese restaurant is a family-favorite. They’re one of few restaurants that offer dim sum in the evenings and one of the few that still make really great Peking duck!! The customer service is top-notch! Our servers treated us with great care and checked on us often. The chili oil is soo good and complements every dish!
