Gorin Ramen

Came across Gorin Ramen on our walk and ordered their Kitakata Ramen made with dashi-chicken shoyu broth, wavy flat noodles, topped with Abrui pork chashu, onion, bean sprouts, and bamboo shoots. The noodles were cooked to perfection. The flavorful Abrui Pork was tender but the real star of the show was the Dashi-Chicken Shoyu Broth. A savory and slightly sweet broth that has a soy sauce-infused flavor. We also ordered their Fried Gyoza as an appetizer. they were like little pockets of delicious
