Smash Burger is a fast-casual hamburger chain that was founded in Denver Colorado. They were founded in 2007. They have over 200 restaurants and are in 35 states. As the name implies, they are known for their juicy burgers. I visited the location in the Upper East Side, and I was impressed not only by the food but also by the hospitality. I ordered from Smashburger using their restaurant website which was super easy to navigate around. Their website allows you to customize your burger to your liking. I ordered the Double Bacon Smash Burger and Haystack Onion. The burger was juicy and ofcourse very filling. I also love how thin the fried onions are. They are very light and crisp.
