The dry noodles, like the signature "Grandpa’s Dry Noodle," come with a flavorful sauce, (egg, rice, or mixed) noodles, and toppings like pork and shrimp, paired with a light, savory broth on the side. I had the fried chicken version. Portions are generous. The new BBQ skewer items are a decent value, offering a tasty, affordable addition to the menu. A lot of food for the cost.
