Everything was so incredibly tasty and authentic. My favorite items would be Moon Cake aka Bánh Khọt; a dish that not many restaurants have it or do it right. The pieces were crispy paired with fresh herbs and dipping sauce. I honestly can't wait to come back to try everything on their menu 🥰

They have the very best pork spring rolls I’ve ever tried, and I love that it has a crispy layer of eggroll in the middle so you get the best of both worlds. They also have very good steak entrées and the portions are generous. #vietnamese #losangeles #eggroll #springroll

Dinner in OC at Brodard. We ordered the nem nuong spring rolls, egg rolls, pho and broken rice. You must order the nem nuong spring rolls. They are truly the best! They’re crispy, tasty and perfectly fried.

Brodard Chateau is a great Vietnamese restaurant. I loved the bánh khọt, and the pho was excellent. The crab and shrimp udon was also a standout—very comforting.
