Hakata Ikkousha is one of my favorite ramen shops in LA! I love that you can customize your bowl from flavor, spiciness, noodle softness, amount of green onions, etc. The tonkotsu broth is so rich and flavorful! I love getting the Black Devil since it’s spicy and garlicky. If I decide to splurge, I’ll order the everything topping. Otherwise, premium topping is plenty. For lunch, you can order a combo to come with a rice bowl. The mentaiko bowl was so good! Spicy tuna bowl was really good too!

Tsukemen, ramen and delicious broth! Came by for lunch on a Sunday! The God of fire was actually really tasty~

The place is cozy like a small shop in Kyoto. The service is very good. But the Lunch Menu prices were basic then You have to add toppings price. That is misleading.
