Fried calamari was great, the breading was crispy and the squid was very tender. I preferred the tonkotsu ramen over the miso since the miso was a little bit heavier and used thicker noodles when I prefer lighter ramens.

Stopped by this ramen spot the other day and overall had a solid experience. The broth is on the lighter side-- not too heavy but also not too flavorful. The spicy sauce is served on the side per request and is essential to flavoring the bowl of ramen. Add with care, too much can be overwhelming. They don't skimp on the noods, there was more than I expected. The texture was nice-chewy but not overcooked.

Nice place for ramen and japanese food in Alhambra. The ramen is yummy. I like the rice most since its portion is large and there is a lot of protein. Yummy!
