Today is national pancake day, which means you get a free short stack from IHOP. Their short stacks include 3 pancakes, and I recently learned how that differs from their “full stack.” The full stack consists of 5 pancakes. I will always put in a good word for IHOP’s pancakes under the assumption that they won’t change their recipes. I recommend trying their short stack even after national pancake day is over. It’s not too little, it’s not too much, but it is just right.

We went for $5 unlimited pancakes. Food was great, service was awesome and prices were average. Would recommend.
