Kopan Ramen - Burbank

Was excited to try this place but must say I was a bit disappointed. Dishes were overly salty and overly sweet - that’s a pass in my book. Items tasted like they were catering to a certain palette. The ribeye sukiyaki was salty and too sweet. The negitoro bowl was fine but so tiny. I did like the ambiance and decor inside. However… if you like your japanese food and sushi salty and sweet, check out kopan downtown burbank.

Nice Sushi and japanese food

Greatest catch of my day! I love sushi & Kopan sushi did not disappoint. I usually order spicy tuna, shrimp and a veggie, but decided on crab, avocado, and shrimp rolls today. It was very good, refreshing, food was ready in a reasonable amount of time, and sushi was flavorful. Location of this restaurant is right off brand, great area! Amazing customer service & price was reasonable. Will definitely be coming back the next time I crave sushi again, which will be soon I’m sure…

Great ramen and great sushi

The line was so long, there was 16 people in line and we were told it's an hour wait. We debated whether to wait or eat somewhere else but we're glad we waited. Always worth the wait. Ramen 10/10 edemame 10/10 calamari 7/10 overall: 9/10 💗

Always great ramen and a super fun restaurant

Tried their cutlet ramen and it was very yummy :) it was a busy night and our server never checked up on us once. Food was very yummy
