And they’ve been listed in the Hokkaido Michelin Guide TWICE! Everything from their 13-hour simmered broth to their marinated pork chashu and bamboo shoots are homemade daily 💫 Everything was cooked to perfection and watching it all come together was like a work of art! Fun Fact: their first U.S. location is in Hawaii
