O u r S t o r y We are the first coffee shop specializing in Japanese-origin drinkable jelly coffee and tea. Originally from Japan, coffee jelly (コーヒーゼリー) is a popular dessert known for its special texture and the delightful combination of coffee flavor and sweetness. Living in Seattle, the coffee capital of the Pacific Northwest, two passionate designers, along with a talented chef based in Osaka, Japan, came together to recreate this beloved dessert.
