During winter, I always crave soup! So, my friend took me out to Lee’s Tofu for some Soon Tofu. A lot of places don’t serve rice in hot stone pots but this place still doee! I love eating the burnt rice thats stuck on the pots 💕😁

Korean Comfort food always wins. The bibimbap was served on a non stick hot stone and arrived at are table still sizzling, so the rice developed a beautiful crisp. As a tip, I would mix in some of the complementary kimchi to give it a bit of spice
