Super filling noodles! Def one of my fave spots!!

So many flavors packed in a bowl - mazesoba is hard to find in the states so I’m happy this delicious place exists!

If you’re a ‘dry ramen’ fanatic like me, it’s worth visiting this place for its variety. I usually get the curry or the mentaiko cream, depending on whether I’m in the mood for something spicy & savory or creamy, almost pasta-like. My bf likes the deluxe with chashu & egg, but my preference leans toward the flavors of the other two. If you’re used to traditional waitstaff service, you won’t get it, but there’s some benefit in self-service with a QR code.
