It means that their food is considered high quality at a good price point. The food was definitely high quality. My go-to would be the Spicy Pork and Shrimp wontons. The sauce was so addicting. Ordered to go because it seemed busy inside, but food was ready in 15 mins i was able to go shopping and come back to pick up my food. The cucumber salad and XLB was ok. I really liked the dumplings and scallion pancakes. The dough on the dumplings was chewy and tasted fresh which was a big plus for me. Would come back again!
