One of the most traditional Filipino desserts is the Bibingka Galapong made with fermented glutinous rice & egg baked over charcoal served with dried coconut 🥥 . Bibingka is a beloved Filipino dessert, enjoyed during the holidays and as a breakfast or merienda snack - Manila Sunset serves the best and most authentic version, in my opinion. 😋

The service was okay, it could’ve been a bit faster. It wasn’t that busy in the restaurant either. The food is great perfect for on the go or dining in. There is single servings and family sharing plates. It is just on the more pricey side

Bibingka was very good here! Love the fresh coconut sprinkles they give you to add on top! Makes a big difference! Our family likes to add some ube ice cream on top!

Located right on the beach, you just have to get an entree with seafood. The spicy ahi tuna was so fresh and the chipss pulled it all together. I recommend the pistachio tres leche.
