Our menu consists of 90 percent seafood dishes. More specifically our kitchen recipes hail from the Mexican state coast of Nayarit. The trick is in our spicy "secret" seasoning which you cannot find in any of our competitor's kitchen. Feel free to ask to have your dish spiciness level moderated to your enjoyment. Established in 2010. Our restaurants are found throughout the Chicagoland area and beyond to other states like California, Nevada, Kansas, and Utah. Most locations are independently owned and operated although the majority of owners are closely related family. Las Islas Marias has been serving some of the best Mexican seafood in Chicago since the early 2000s.
