I didn’t rate service because there is absolutely no one to talk to. Order on a screen, see a screen of wait times (convenient), and a robot announces when your drinks/dessert is ready. I had the softserve in Hawaii and loved it, but the drinks aren’t as good. Like the hojicha latte at asa bakery more. I’ll come back for the soft serve though. Originally 13 min wait then 18 total min for 2 drinks with no seating inside cause of its popularity

So much ice cream! I was stuffed! Wish they gave more matcha compared to the ube. Definitely wasn’t half and half as I was expecting but still really good.
