Unique fusion of Cuban Caribbean Latin cuisine with North American influences in a casual dinning atmosphere Established in 1998. A little over 13 years ago a local girl who worked at Baja Cantina opened Mercedes Bar & Grille. Mercede Ahrablou waitressed at just about every restaurant in the block including the one she now owns. When she worked there it was call Rotisserie del Rey and that's when she fantasized about owning the space someday. Five years later,at the age 25 she had the opportunity to making this dream come true. A regular at Baja Canitina, Mike Shoeman told her that there is a for sale sign on the restaurant she once worked at . That evening Mercede went over, got the number and made the call that forever changed her life.
