Min Min Pie House

Min Min Pie House (福香園) is a Mom-and-pop shop that specializes in super juicy meat pastries (饀餅) with thin, flaky crust and an unexpected amount of meat juice within. Their food is all made to order in-house by a very sweet family, so the wait was well worth. I would personally recommend ALL of their meat pastries but would pass on the pan fried dumpling buns (not much soup) and the marinated cucumbers (a little salty). +2hr free parking lot behind -limited seating

delicious baozi and dumplings

The beauty of this tiny (seats approx 20 only) and unassuming place is that they make the baozi and buns fresh AFTER you order. Theres even a sign saying please be patient as the food may take longer to arrive. Dumplings aren’t made fresh however and they sell frozen ones you can take him. The two best things are the Sheng Jiang Bao and Xian Bing! Prepare to wait for a table as it can fill up (or order for takeout or delivery via the apps).

I got to say the food is amazing, the service is amazing as well. I tried the lamb and cilantro pie. The pie skin was crisp and held the juice of the meat pie so well. I would say this is like a xlb by bigger and better. The fried pork bun was good too. I would definitely come back and try their other items. Ambiance is ok, I mean it could be brighter, more organized and newer furniture.
