Business Owner Amir A obtained a BS degree in Business Admin from Cal Poly Pomona in 2000. In 2005 he obtained Diploma from Quiznos University (Denver, Colorado) of Restaurant Management. He owned and managed multiple Quiznos Sub restaurants for more than 10 years. During this period he was trained by his Japanese chef friend Jay Terauchi & associates of sushi and Poke restaurant operation.
