Neighborhood Café on 3rd St near Beverly Hills (across from Warby Parker) is my favorite location. Easy to spot with its white metal exterior and lots of outdoor seating under a canopy—perfect for enjoying the SoCal weather. I got the strawberry matcha half sweet and you can still taste the quality matcha. Pastries are flaky, buttery, and not too sweet. They even have their own parking lot. Friendly service and a great spot to hang out.

Picked up a muffin and a cookie. Both were delicious and staff was friendly and efficient. In a cute neighborhood but street parking might be tough.

Pretty good, but small size coffee drink

Nice coffee shop with a small hidden courtyard and delicious flat whites.
