Oleego by Parks BBQ brings the beloved flavors of the original Parks BBQ menu to a fast, accessible format in downtown Los Angeles. Founded by Jenee Kim, the concept was born from a mission to make authentic, high-quality Korean food affordable and easy for everyone. Guests build their own bowls starting with a base of fried rice or white or brown rice, then choose a protein and a sauce, from hot sauce and soy sauce to bean paste or spicy soy sauce. The casual atmosphere suits solo outings and quick weekday lunches, and the menu includes vegetarian and vegan options.
