Pho Avina is a family owned and operated Vietnamese restaurant. In 1990, our family started Avina's Vietnamese Cuisine on the corner of 43rd Ave & Bell Rd. In 2005, my mother sold her store and I took over Pho Phat in 2007. We specialize in Southern Vietnamese cooking. From start to finish, our Pho broth takes 12 hours to prepare and we use fresh cuts of eye round steak, brisket, flank, shank, and oxtail to flavor our broth.
