Pho Banh Mi can be found in Palo Alto, Los Altos and Cupertino. I checked out @phobanhmicupertino and was impressed by the clean, aesthetic look and atmosphere. This is one of their newer locations, and I can see why this brand is expanding. A hot bowl of Bún bò Huế here really hit the spot on a cold day. They have a flavorful broth and tender meats. They have an extensive menu of classics and unique creations to choose from. The staff is friendly and family-oriented as well.
