Urban Putt

Urban Putt is a New American restaurant and entertainment venue in Downtown San Jose that pairs an indoor mini golf course with a full-service restaurant and bar. The concept was born from a series of creative mini-golf-themed house parties hosted by founder Steve Fox and his wife Leslie Crawford in San Francisco starting in 1993, and the San Jose location opened on February 29, 2024. The space is all ages before 8 PM and becomes 21+ after that, so it suits both family outings and adult evenings out. Happy hour specials and a full bar give guests plenty of reasons to linger, and the cool golf-themed atmosphere adds a playful backdrop to every visit. Guests consistently praise it as a standout spot for date nights and group hangouts alike.
