I’ve gotta tell you about PI LA’s pizza—it’s like a savory adventure! When I sink my teeth into a slice, I’m transported to a world of culinary fusion. Chef Fred’s dough game is next level!!! Using sprouted flour not only makes it easier on my tummy but also gives it this amazing texture. And get this: he cures it for 72 hours! Oh, and the secret weapon? Kombu water. It adds this burst of flavor and makes the crust extra crispy, like little bubbles of joy.

Food was ok. More expensive than I thought it would be. One of the pizzas had an everything bagel crust which was interesting

Unique pizza flavors that they call “LA” style but looks like Detroit style pizza. Pizza was a bit on the smaller side and came out lukewarm which was strange. Recommend taking it to go and reheating it!
