We also have 5 different House Creations on our menu, which are customized for you to choose. Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality fish and ingredients. Jimmy, our owner has been a chef for 20+ years and has a very high standard on all raw materials, he insists on using grade A fish which is delivered daily.
