Tsukiji creates the perfect balance of Latin Japanese fusion. I never knew how much I needed sushi and a margarita 🤩 They do serve traditional sushi, sashimi, & ramen. But I love a roll with some pizazz!The sweet plantain roll went beyond my expectations. 🍣 Tsukiji Sushi Sake Bar 🍜 Want to try latin inspired sushi?  Look no further than @tsukijisushisakebarchicago to bring innovative rolls to your palette, but also nailing the traditional Japanese food.  Our favorites were the Lime fusion, Ikebukuro, and Fire Drop for the creative rolls.  But the traditional foods - the Okonomiyaki and Tonkotsu Ramen were amazing.
