Native to Hawaii, Poké is a seafood dish (raw fish salad) that has been influenced by Hawaiian cuisines. Poké (pronounced POKE-AY) - which is the Hawaiian verb for "section" or "to slice or cut" - traditionally refers to any raw fish that has been cut into cubes. For centuries, Hawaiian fishermen cut their catch of raw fish into cubes and seasoned it with whatever ingredients they had to create a one-of-a-kind, flavorful dish. At PokiTomik, we have taken this classic Hawaiian dish and dropped it with our own explosive, delicious, modern and creative bomb!
