About

Pop's Bagels is a beloved bagel shop at 447 N Beverly Dr in Beverly Hills, born from founder Zach Liporace's six-year search for an authentic New York-style bagel in Los Angeles. In 2017, Zach perfected his own recipe in a tiny Los Feliz apartment, landing on a bagel with a crispy exterior, soft fluffy interior, and just the right chew. The shop is named after his late grandfather Arnold Midlarsky, a Brooklyn native who instilled in Zach a deep appreciation for NYC bagel culture. Guests rave about generous toppings, attentive staff, and a casual, welcoming atmosphere that suits everyone from solo breakfast-seekers to family outings.
