📍Porto’s Bakery, Buena Park, CA It is almost the start of a new quarter! I fly back to San Diego tomorrow. I had Porto’s, a Cuban bakery, for the first time in the beginning of last quarter. I already knew it was going to be good when I saw the long line going out the door, and the line kept going once you got inside. There was so many people but the whole place was efficient and organized. We got the chicken empanada, potato ball, cheese rolls, and guava cheese strudel.

Porto's may be a cult...but I'm ok with that. New pistachio strawberey tart is good.

Super popular so line is long but it moves fast! Got Cuban Sandwich, Lechon Plate, and several pastries to go!

I love Porto’s! I come here often for pastries and their seasonal drinks. Their most popular items are the cheese rolls and potato balls. Today, I tried the pumpkin matcha latte and it was the perfect amount for sweetness! As for the chicken platter. I really like the lime sauce that comes with the chicken. The drink was about $6 and the platter was $13. Along with the other pastries I ordered, it all came out to about $42. I would recommend coming here for the drinks and pastries with friends!

Get an iced ube latte and a chocolate croissant!
